Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be made online or via direct contact. We recommend booking in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged a non-refundable fee.

Services Provided

Winter Park SMP offers cosmetic tattoo procedures such as scalp micropigmentation (SMP), ombré brows, nano combo brows, and lip blush. All services are administered by licensed professionals.

Payments and Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service. Because results vary and procedures are semi-permanent, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided, but corrective sessions may be available if agreed during consultation.

Pre-Procedure Requirements

Clients must follow pre-care instructions such as avoiding alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, and sun exposure 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to comply may affect results.

Post-Procedure Care

We provide detailed aftercare guidance. Clients are responsible for adhering to instructions to ensure optimal results. Healing time may vary.

Disclaimer

Individual results may vary based on skin type, health conditions, and aftercare. We do not guarantee any specific result.

Medical Conditions

You are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, immunocompromised, or on blood thinners, you may be ineligible for certain procedures.

Winter Park SMP is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions, noncompliance with aftercare, or pre-existing skin issues.

Termination
